Any information collected to process online orders is used for internal purposes only and will not be sold to or shared with any person, business, or entity.
We currently do not have a mail order catalog.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and we welcome your feedback. We hope you enjoy your purchases, but if for any reason you would like to make a return, please provide us with a reason for your return.
Item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition, with all tags attached, for full credit within 14 days. If you fail to return your purchase within the allowed time, or if we suspect items have been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Please e-mail or call at 1-276-638-3282 to let us know if there is a problem with your order and to receive a Return Authorization number. Please print your Return Authorization number on the outside of your return package.
Upon receipt of your return, Janice Cain Stationery LLC will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) in the original form of payment or ship the item you have selected in exchange. Returns after 14 days and up to 30 days will be issued a store credit only. There are no returns, exchanges or credits after 30 days from our ship date. All shipping charges (including the costs of exchanged/replaced items) are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded by Janice Cain Stationery LLC. Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our return address.
Personalized merchandise returns:
All Monogrammed and personalized items are created per your specifications and are non-returnable. If we have made an error on a monogrammed item we welcome the opportunity to resolve the error and re-ship you the corrected product. Any error or return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. We ask that you please review your order carefully before placing it. Please e-mail or call at 1-276-638-3282 to let us know if there is a problem with your order and to receive a Return Authorization number. Please print your Return Authorization number on the outside of your return package. Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our return address.
Please allow 1-2 weeks turn around time for personalized orders.
Non-personalized items, in stock, will ship within 2 business days.
We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. We ship UPS ground on most items unless otherwise requested. UPS Ground normally gets your package to you in 2-4 regular business days in the eastern half of the US and allow a few extra days for the western half of the US.
Shipping charges are shown in the chart below. All merchandise shipped within the US will be shipped according to these charges unless otherwise noted. Items requiring additional shipping due to additional weight or size will be noted on the merchandise page. Please e-mail or call for shipping costs other than UPS ground.

All payment information is sent through a secure server which encrypts the information for your protection. We accept Visa and MasterCard. You also have the option of sending us your order and then calling in your credit card information. Our business hours are Monday – Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. If you are sending in your order during off hours or weekends, please call the following business day with your credit card information.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed and is in production it cannot be cancelled. However, if you contact us quickly and it has not been placed into production it may be possible to cancel the order. Call 1-276-638-3282.
